This is totally the wrong approach, I am a UK recruiter and have been for many years. However it is virtually impossible for a recruiter to give a sponsorship so if you are contacting recruiters and they are unhelpful it is because they can’t help.
The only way to get a sponsorship visa to work in the UK is to contact companies that have a license to sponsor. You can find a list of companies that sponsor visas here. Approaching these companies in your sector will have a much higher chance of getting a visa back.
It may also be worth your time to check the skill shortages in the UK and see if you match any of these, this will give you a good idea of the skilled worker visa on offer to plug the gap. This list changes all the time but you can have a good idea by looking at this list to see what skill shortages there are in the UK and give yourself a better change of getting a sponsorship.
